I had a great experience staying at Candlewood Suites Chesapeake-Suffolk. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a full kitchen, which was perfect for preparing my meals. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home during my stay.

Had an awesome group vacation with friends here! We loved the convenience of having a kitchenette, and the kids enjoyed the board games from the Lending Locker. Check out the Children's Museum of Virginia nearby for a fun day! Just a heads-up, housekeeping only comes every three days, so plan accordingly.

One downside was the inconsistent charging issues. It took some time to clear up unexpected charges, which made things a bit stressful during our stay.

candlewood is located in a quiet area, away from congestion, making it a great getaway spot. the staff provided excellent service, just like vanessa who was so accommodating with my room changes. i also appreciated the immaculately clean room, which really made my stay pleasant.

We spent 8 nights here and really enjoyed having a kitchenette that made our stay super convenient for family meals. The BBQ facilities next to the pool gave us a nice spot to relax together after our busy days. The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi connection dropped a few times, but we rolled with it. 😊
